| Just thought i'd clear up what seems me asking to leave the club story on front page. Until this morning i have never indicated to leave huntly. I had a conversation with the manager on sunday when he indicated he was happy for me to leave for locos if he got another player in return. the player stated he did not want to leave locos and the manager said if a deal couldn't be reached i would be staying.
But from my point of view the manager obviously doesn't see me as part of his future plans or the deal would never have been discussed in the first place so therefore i did not feel i could give my all for the management team and unfortunatly huntly Fc.
I would like to thank you all for the support the last 2 years. We had some great times notable the cup win and the scottish cup run last year. Good luck for the future and mines a pint when i'm back in huntly.
Cheers
Mo | |

To re-itterate what I said earlier this week, its sad when our best players want to leave. although this one is really no suprise as we've suspected it for that long, and I still say he was man of the match at nairn.

| The gaffer obviously fancied the player that was offered, doesnt mean he wanted you to leave, more that the team needs strengthened in other areas and the sacrifice (of a defendar, say for a forward) would have possibly been worthwhile? | |

| Well done to mo for having the guts to come on hear and explain what's going on. This is turning into a bit of a shambles. It looks like the club thought Maclean would be quite happy to come or was it stewart. Maclean has just signed his new 3 year deal(well was a one-year before someone changed it and forgot to tell manager) If mo does go and I hope he will change his mind,he goes with his head held high for saying his peace. All the best mo to you and the family. | |

| 3 players who you could argue would walk into any highlandleague team want away in a matter of weeks. The players who may replace them have got to be of the same quality or better. Why cant we hold onto these players? Not a good start for the pre-season and questions need to be asked and answered. | |

| on HFL website Nairn have enquired about Ewen but our manager is looking for the same money we paid for him (remember magoo went in the other direction) we paid a five figure sum for a player who had scored 50+ goals in two seasons, so our manager is expecting the same money for a player who scored less than ten goals for us,and spent a number of games on the bench apparently not good enough, does our manager not realise there`s a credit crunch on,I know you pay for what you get ,but what II saw he`s not worth nowhere near that amount of money. | |

Its an interesting article which shows Huntly in a bad light. But the Forres manager should keep his mouth shut about transfer discussions. It shows a lack of respect in my view.

| oh dear oh dear, any news on the Forres bid for Mike Ewen?? Aparently (on MMPG fornt page) they put in a bid for Mikey, but we turned it down and asked for a five figure sum (seems harsh guys!). Then Dave asked for Grapies, Neil Whyte & Ryan Green and got told no chance ?? | |
