Fraserburgh v. Huntly HL 17s FC

Fraserburgh 4 v. Huntly HL 17s 7. (Played at Bellslea Park). Sunday 9th November 2008.

A minutes silence was observed by all as a mark of respect for all who have died fighting for the British Forces.

This was a better performance by Huntly as they returned to winning ways and the margin could have been bigger if it were not for
some slack defending towards the end of the game at corners against especially.

Never the less a good performance whereby Huntly dominated the match for long periods with good passing and clinical finishing which the Broch lads found it hard to cope with.

Debuts for Andy Secombes and Joe Petrosa (both FUFC) saw the pair have very good performances and they blended well with the
rest of the team. Local lad, Richard Brown had another sound performance playing in defence.

Scorers : Martin Boyle (3) Neil Scott, Scott Law, Andy Secombe and Ian Rodgers.
