I'm surprised some sides haven't complained about when going to Wick and Alec Thomson is running the line as he used to be a player with the club

As a club who used to get to local officials on the line very often, am sure we in no position to say anything. At the end of the day these guys are there to do a job and am sure personal feeling would be put a side. I know they would if I had to do it. Giving a penalty for Deveronside against Huntly am sure proved it!

I am pretty sure some of the comments are tongue in cheek about local officials but I take the the other stance that officials worry more about losing credibility locally if they were biased towards the home team. Just because I don't believe they are cheating in any way doesn't stop me venting off at them on occasion or should that be often!

Agree, don't like critising refs. as they have a tough job, but he is min$e.
As Grant's stats show he's not afraid to flash the cards - someone tell Rusty, Myles & Mikey they are only 1 booking away from a suspension :caution:
