Oh and another thing ......
The pitch looked magnificent yesterday.
Congratulations to the ground staff and their work over the summer.

Hopefully the programme will be the same throughout the season

While we are praising folk can I just say how professional it sounded to have the scorers and subs announced during the game

The plan is for it to continue but we need to look at a new microphone kit as the one we have is getting on abit in years. Myself and Grant have asked the powers that be and we hope to hear back soon.

The Highland Net preview of tomorrow's game indicates a number of Huntly players are out tomorrow because of injury niggles.
Can anyone confirm which players are out and what is the situation with Alan Redford which sounds like he has a longer term issue ??
Thanks

Redford out still struggling with injury from last season, Campbell still recovering while Colin Robertson picked up a knock also.

4-2 defeat maybe but some signs there today that things may be better

good to see the left hand side all get all/part of the game (Si, Rusty & Coco)

Guildy had good game and that trailist No 14 defo needs to be signed up. Good pace, plenty of effort and nice touches.

I actually liked trailist No 10 in the first half just looked as though he needed a wee bit more training and needs some time to get to know the players

I think no14 certainly looks like a good player and on the whole when the ball on the deck we play some lovely football o.k. we let in 4 goals but that was agains`t a good second division team, unlike another local team who let in 4 goals agains`t a poor junior side.

Excellent second half
Guildy was outstanding again today
No 14 looked like he could run for Miles and Miles ...sign him up !! Wink
