reporting abuse on forum

Had to change the forum setting slightly so users can report any comments they see as abusive or offensive to the site admin.


below is an example on where to find the report abuse function. it is a blue ! symbol on the right of the page.



when you click on that link it will then open up a form like this:


This then allows users to give their reasons for reporting a post before it will then be forwarded for the administrators attention
