| | The 14 s went down 4-3 at home today v ALC .Another poor 1st half from the 14s ,unable to clear lines,poor communication gave ALC the chance to finish there season on a high & go into 2nd place but we have 1 game left away to Middlefield next week.It was a sore one after the Glentanar coach phoned me after to say they had been beaten 3-1 away at Culter,they thought they had blown 1st place but are now champions by 1 pt if we win last game,nae real !!!. ALC took the lead after 20mins after defensive mix up,Mikey equalised soon after with a topper of drive,committing silly mistakes at back cost us dear as ALC coasted to 3-1 half time score.One of the stern ,cmon bhoys half time PEP talks failed to spur on a comeback as another mistake made it 4-1.Playing now for pride we finally left slumberland & scored 2 quick Gary solo runs of his ,unstoppable,4-3 We chucked athing at them but could not force a point but 5 mins more time ,who knows.Hard to criticise the 14s as it has been a great season for the mixture of young/sec 2 bhoys.ONWARD |

| | 14s are away next week to Middlefield .If they win they will leapfrog ALC into runners up spot ,1 pt behind victors Glentanar.ONWARD |
