| Another great all-round performance today!
Brems denied them a good number of times and Clach should've been level at the break but Soaney's goal calmed things down (was at least 2 happy Inverness folks today!).
pleased for Myles with the treble and Coco's double on a pitch which wasn't too great underfoot.
to score seven goals without the starting strikers on the scoresheet shows the quality in depth the team has at present with Taylor and Andzrej involved in goals late on too! _________________ "Football is nothing without Fans" - Jock Stein

| Stunning result with some quality goals especially the 4th Having said that Brems was outstanding against a decent Clach attack Considering the state of the pitch we played some great football it's going to be a hell of a job picking the man of the match |

going to be a tough job for panel members this week given there was a lot of good performances in all areas of the pitch.
Likewise, goal of the game too _________________ "Football is nothing without Fans" - Jock Stein

| sounds a great match
pity I missed it
was away egg chasing in Shetland (well being sea sick actually) phew........
managed a 22-14 win after being 14 points down in 9 mins !!!
whats the story with M Lombardi out of favour ? out of form ? or both
just thought seeing how he can cover up front out wide and central midfield he would be included in squad somewhere
I know the retort will be who would yyou leave out and that would be a tough one the way the front lads are playing just now but just looking for sensible debate ... |

Certainly the form of the wide players has kept him out! - Myles and Coco looked good as a wide pairing and Ross McKenzie always gives you an outlet when he moves onto the wing also. _________________ "Football is nothing without Fans" - Jock Stein

there are a number of players in this current squad who are more than capable of playing in more than one position _________________ "Football is nothing without Fans" - Jock Stein

| A magnificent result yesterday as Clach is a hard place to get a result. It is hard to believe but Clach had a lot of chances and Brems was in inspired form again. It was a very open game and Huntly's finishing was clinical. The fact that only one striker scored is very pleasing.Goals are coming from all over the park. The bench now has players who can change a game and if Guildy, Cooms and Redford come back then Huntly will have an even stronger squad.I know Mcgin doesn't like speaking about it but there is no doubt Huntly are very serious challengers for the league!p.s I agree with Bovril ,Brems would have been my M.O.M. |
