The conditions today were terrible

I think we lacked the cutting edge in front of goal and our final ball wasn't good enough

But thought we showed real character from going a goal and man down to get a point

fair play to brora played quite well, think our players thought they would just turn up and win today.

well played to brora. match was spoiled by the conditions a bit, overall poor performance. don't understand why an unfit Taylor was preferred to Ewen (who has been playing well l8ly) when a goal was required at the end.

Its fair to say that the weather was the winner yesterday, well done to both teams for trying to play under terrible conditions.

Had to laugh when I heard that the Montrose game had been called off due to hight winds - surely couldnt have been as bad as when we played them !

the huntly team on wednesday night should grit and determanation coming from behind to win at formartine, so where was that against brora??? think management got it wrong with havin grayzer on the bench, he's be soild for the team all season an i'd think he didn play midweek so lonie could get a game under his belt, think ewen should have either started or came on for this match, he is match fit and scored all his goals at home this season, i'm sure taylor will be a good signing for thr club, but when was the last time he played in a match....

Got to agree with Foof here.
Mixed signals coming from the manager as originally the team on wednesday was to give some of the lads who have not played some match practice and although all did well surely we should have reverted back to the regulars who have been doing so well up to now.
Then we here from Mcgin that wednesday took more out of the boys so why not change again.
I would have thought that one thing the manager would have learned from Pele was always play your strongest team.
The shield match served its purpose with five changes from hawick but that should have been it.

Have to agree with his comment! Mikey's got three goals at christie park this season, including one in each of the last two home games. Thought he should have been on before Taylor, considering we where told taylor wasn't fit but is able to walk into the team! Yes he played the ball into the box for Andrzej to lay off Soane for the goal, but unless the ball was put into his feet he never looked in the game.

All credit to Brora for there performance on saturday vastly improved side. We really are going to have to pick things up for the next couple o weeks can't perform like that against cove, buckie and even rothes.
