Well done to the team last night, although i thought the Broch had more of the ball they couldn't penetrate Huntly's defence which was superbly marshalled by Neil Reid.I thought Windrum did everything asked of him and it was good to hear him being vocal from the first whistle to the last.Other performances of note were Dorrat,Booth,Soane and Si when he came on.Dorrat is still a bit green but works so hard for the team.I would like to see him tried up front as a striker, although he would need a bit of guidence as to how to play there, his direct style of play and his pace would trouble many teams.I also thought David Booth was excellent, everything he did was neat and tidy and i'd be disappointed if he didn't start on Saturday.I also thought Ewen did ok and i'm sure the goals will come for him soon. All in all it was good performance after the debacle last weekend,

I'm sure there'd be a certain legendary striker living locally who could teach him a thing or too!

Definitely agree with Dorrat upfront, everytime he gets the ball he looks to drive forward and get a shot away.

Great effort tonight.
The manner of the defeat is a bit of a choker.
But so many positives to take out of the game.
Brilliant football in the first half and we lost the game by not going in front after 45 minutes of being well on top.
Booth was a revelation tonight.Everything stuck to his feet and he hardly wasted a ball.Good partnership developing with Mikey Ewen as well.
If we play like that against Vale on Friday and get a bit more luck then a big result is on the cards.
Keep it up guys...it will come.

Thought the team played great, was never a pen though. Neil Reid and Si were solid as always, Booth had a good game and Mikey was so lively.

Gutted sort of sums up my feelings tonight.
First half was breathtaking in spells, Simon, Ross McKenzie, Neil Reid, Booth, all outstanding. Cove, as expected, came into it more in the second half, but I still felt confident all the way through that we would get a result.
Carry that kind of performance through to Friday and it could be a great night up at Banff.
Wonder who will be in goals?

Oh, by the way, looked like a clear penalty from where I was in the stand, as did all the suits from both sides.

great effort from the team in a game we clearly controlled, once we find the killer instinct ifront off goal i think o good run off results and some team gettin a hammerin are on the cards.

P.S did u manage to get ur kiss on tuesday richard!!! haha
