Cheers Bovril, thanks for that kind poem!! I'm much better towards Refs these days! Must have mellowed with age! Lol! When I started with the Youth Coaching, about 3 - 4 years ago now, my attitude towards the men (and women) in the middle changed! I realise that they have a difficult job to do, and it's impossible to get every decision right! Also, we certainly can't play the game without them (something my own team has fallen victim to this term, with us having 2 games off due to having no Referee, including last week!)
