Honest I am doing it......

I'm sure most of you will be pretty shocked to discover that i am doing this. So more incentive for you to dive into those deep pockets.

As most of you are probably aware more than one in three will be affected by cancer at some point in their lifes. To add to that here in scotland we are more likely to die from cancer than in any other part of the UK. Scary stuff huh???

So i've decided to do my bit and in the third week of August i'm jumping on the bike and dragging myself almost 500Km in four days from London to Paris in Aid of Macmillin Cancer Support.

Finishing by trundelling around the Arc de Triumph ala Lance and Cav and collapsing in a heap at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.


So please give what you can to this worthwhile cause...
